What's in Our Name?
Marchnata (pronounced marX' nata) is Celtic for trade, promotion, or marketing. Marchnata Consulting LLC is the culmination of decades of experience acquired assisting large and small companies with their business strategy, marketing, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
We trace a large part of our personal ancestry to the British Isles - and to a lesser extent - Northwestern and Eastern Europe.
Mark W. Hall, MBA - Principal Consultant
Mark brings 30+ years of product development and marketing experience with technology and home service businesses. He has worked for big name brands such as Visa, LinkedIn, and Hitachi. He's also started multiple small businesses in real estate investing, water conservation, software development, and marketing consulting.
Mark's passion is helping small business owners by developing their brand identity, creating cost-effective marketing strategies, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Business and an Associates in Liberal Arts.
In his spare time, he enjoys being with family, grandchildren, traveling, gardening, making home improvements, and serving in his Church.
Kelly A. Hall - VP Operations
Kelly brings a broad range of deep experience in the areas of business administration, customer service, and planning. She has managed customer operations for home contractors such as window replacement, high-end hardscaping, HVAC, fencing, and insulation. She also managed a name-brand retail store, had her own business providing home healthcare services, and served as a flight attendant.
Kelly's passion is listening to customers and providing them with the utmost in service - with joy and enthusiasm. She brings a strategic mind to effectively match customer needs with services offered and schedule availability.
Kelly holds an Associates degree in Liberal Arts, graduated flight attendant school, and completed studies for surgical technician.
In her free time, she focuses on her children, grandchildren, homemaking, cooking, art, and serving in her Church.
